Wow! Did you see the pictures of all the people. This is my first time participating in such a great event. The article is great and I am so grateful to be part of such a great cause. I hope everyone who reads this signs up immediatly. Come hang out with all your friends or come make new ones!!!

My company really isn't big enough to form a Company Team, but I have lots of friends, so I formed a Friends and Family Team. I just asked them to join my Team and walk with me on Oct. 9th. Now, we're all walking regularly, losing a little weight, feeling better and more confident and also donating and raising some money for the cause, which is a great one. It's fun. There's still time to form your own Team, Call the number in the article and be a part of the solution to lessening the risk of heart attack and strokes. The life you save might be yours...
