All units cancel except for engine 4. I did not hear what kind of fire it was? But at least it aien't no big deal..

Transient campers- There are at least 30-40 of them camping in CalTrans responsible properties; From Behind Ross/Big 5 to Calle Real-154-State Street transition.
CalTrans should be held responsible to clean this area up. Also, CVS and Albertsons should not be selling cheap alcohol to known alcoholics.

I saw this happening as I exited the 101 N at State: an older model Ford was having difficulty starting, and created a ton of smoke, then the smoke hung around for awhile. Sorry, cannot be blamed on the homeless, or illegals, or the President.
