Real Estate

Up-To-Date Info On The Santa Barbara Real Estate Market
Is this a good time to buy?

One of the most popular topics of conversation in Santa Barbara is real estate. Or at least that was the case a few years back, and for decades before that, when home prices were soaring like a runaway train. In 2007, the average home price in town was over $1 million. Homeowners embraced their new-found equity like a rich uncle. Non-homeowners lamented the fact that they were being forced out of town.

The talk around the local real estate water cooler is a bit different these days. For one thing there are fewer water coolers. This section of the Edhat site will be dedicated to keeping up with real estate news and views. Check back often because we'll be adding new content frequently.
