updated: Jul 26, 2012, 2:33 PM
I am looking for a referral for a someone to upholster an old living room chair and also fix the inner
springs. I know there has been discussion on this last year, but wanted to check in for any updated info.
Thank you.

We used Todd S Gutshall Upholstery 106 Powers Ave, Santa Barbara, CA 93103 (805) 966-3647 to reupholster and fix the cushion and springs on a lovely old chair inherited from my husband's grandmother. They did a beautiful job and he couldn't be nicer. Was recommended by now-defunct Nuvie furniture.

Dalgene's 201 East Ortega (at Santa Barbara) is excellent.

Another vote for Gutshall on Powers Ave. I chose fabric at their place and they covered 2 wicker rocking chair cushions perfectly.
